Relief In Need is a tiny local charity whose sole asset is Butts Cottage. Upon the death of the sitting tenant in 2013 a difficult decision was made to demolish and rebuild. Funds were tight and it was imperative that the Trust got value for money.

The quote from R G Heiron and Sons was accepted because it was both reasonable and carefully thought out. They have an excellent reputation locally and in the opinion of the Trustees this reputation is well deserved. The build progressed extremely well, on time and within budget yet to a very high standard. The project management was exemplary and the subcontracted tradesmen extremely skilled. The Heirons are very easy to deal with, raise issues promptly and thoroughly discuss them so that there is no room for misunderstanding. Finally we would simply say that the end result speaks for itself.
